Reminders aren't firing.
Check Settings → Reminders is on, and that Cuff has notification permission in your phone settings. On Android, disable battery optimization for Cuff if reminders are delayed.
My cuff readings aren't syncing.
Make sure your cuff’s app writes to Apple Health / Health Connect, then use “Sync now” in Cuff’s Settings → Connected sources. Check that blood pressure permission is granted.
How do I restore my subscription on a new phone?
Open the paywall or Settings and tap “Restore Purchases” while signed into the same store account.
How do I delete my data?
Settings → “Delete all my data”, or see data deletion.
Import file isn't recognized.
Cuff reads CSV and JSON. Make sure the file has a header row with a date column plus readings (systolic/diastolic) or metrics (water, sodium, steps, sleep, weight).
