For people tracking their BP at home

The 7-day blood pressure log your doctor actually wants.

Cuff guides you through a 7-day home protocol — two morning and two evening readings a day, using proper AHA technique — and turns it into a clean PDF you can hand to your clinician.

Log readings in seconds

Tap in systolic, diastolic, and pulse. Add notes about meds, sleep, or caffeine if you want.

03

Hand your doctor a clean PDF

Cuff packages everything into a clinician-ready report — averages, ranges, and trends.

The report

The page your doctor will actually remember.

Cuff doesn't hand your clinician a list of numbers — it hands them an eight-section monitoring report: averages the way guidelines compute them, hemodynamic statistics, and correlation tables built from your own days.

  • Mean arterial pressure, pulse pressure, and reading-to-reading variability (SD)
  • % of readings at or above 130/80 and 140/90 — the thresholds clinicians use
  • Lifestyle correlations: your BP on days with vs without salt, alcohol, exercise, sleep
  • Medication impact: taken vs missed days, with adherence percentage
  • Every reading, time-stamped and categorized per the 2017 ACC/AHA guideline

Sample uses demonstration data. Deep analytics sections are part of the Annual plan.

Frequently asked

Is Cuff a medical device?+

No. Cuff is a logging and organization tool. It doesn't measure blood pressure or diagnose any condition — your home cuff does the measuring, Cuff helps you record and share it.

Does it work with my cuff?+

Yes — any home blood pressure cuff. You take the reading, Cuff logs the numbers. There's no Bluetooth pairing required.

Where is my data stored?+

On your phone. There's no account and no cloud sync. Your readings never leave the device unless you choose to export the PDF.

How do I cancel a subscription?+

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel any time from your device's subscription settings — you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

What's the difference between Weekly and Annual?+

Weekly ($0.99) includes core Pro: the standard doctor report, Apple Watch app, widgets, insights, and medication tracking. Annual ($29.99) adds the deep clinician report — hemodynamic statistics, lifestyle correlations, medication impact analysis, the daily context appendix — plus CSV export.

What is the 7-day blood pressure protocol?+

Guidelines from the AHA and ESC recommend confirming high readings with about a week of home monitoring: two readings each morning and two each evening, seated, after five minutes of rest. Cuff guides every step and averages the results the way clinicians do — typically excluding day one.

How do I share blood pressure readings with my doctor?+

Generate Cuff's PDF report and email, AirDrop, or print it. It includes your averages, every reading with time and category, and — on the Annual plan — hemodynamic detail and correlation analysis formatted for a clinical conversation.

Can I export readings for my doctor?+

Yes. Cuff generates a clinician-ready PDF report you can email, AirDrop, or print.

What happens if I uninstall the app?+

All your data is removed with it. You can also wipe everything from Settings → Delete All Data while the app is installed.
