Delete your data
Cuff has no accounts and no servers — all of your data lives on your device, so deletion is immediate and complete:
- Open Cuff → Settings
- Tap “Delete all my data” and confirm. Every reading, habit log, medication, and setting is permanently erased.
- Optionally uninstall the app — uninstalling also removes all app data.
Apple Health & Health Connect
If you connected Apple Health or Health Connect, data stored in those platforms belongs to them — revoke Cuff’s access in your phone’s health settings, and manage that data in the Health app.
Billing & questions
Subscription billing records are held by Apple/Google per their policies. Questions: cuffapp@gmail.com.
